| spelling | Monitoreo fetal electrónico intraparto patológico frente al apgar neonatalBombon Novoa, Genesis KarlaMosquera Montiel, Miguel HernánMONITOREO FETALMORTINATORECIEN NACIDO PREMATUROHOSPITAL GENERAL GUASMO SURCANTON GUAYAQUILECUADORPDFEl Monitoreo Fetal Electrónico Intraparto Patológico podría predecir el APGAR neonatal cuando es interpretado correctamente, por lo que el objetivo de esta investigación fue: “Determinar la correlación que existe entre el Monitoreo Fetal Electrónico Intraparto Patológico y la respuesta del neonato mediante la prueba de APGAR, en el Hospital General Guasmo Sur desde 1 de enero del 2019 hasta el 28 de febrero del 2020” en la cual se utilizó la metodología descriptiva, analítica, transversal, retrospectiva aplicada en 141 embarazadas, obteniendo 124 neonatos con puntaje entre 7 – 10 a pesar de que tenían patrones patológicos, se concluye que no existe correlación entre el MEFI patológico y el APGAR neonatal, además que el factor de riesgo materno más frecuente es la Ruptura Prematura de Membranas con el 13,5%, el factor fetal es la presencia de líquido meconial con el 17%, las cesáreas estuvieron presentes en el 83,7% de los casos estudiados.The Pathological Intrapartum Electronic Fetal Monitoring could predict the neonatal APGAR when it is interpreted correctly, so the objective of this research was: “To determine the correlation that exists between Pathological Intrapartum Electronic Fetal Monitoring and the response of the neonate through the APGAR test at the Guasmo Sur General Hospital from January 1, 2019 to February 28, 2020 ”in which the descriptive, analytical, cross-sectional, retrospective methodology applied to 141 pregnant women was used, obtaining 124 newborns with a score between 7 - 10 despite that they had pathological patterns, it is concluded that there is no correlation between pathological MEFI and neonatal APGAR, in addition that the most frequent maternal risk factor is Premature Rupture of Membranes with 13.5%, the fetal factor is the presence of meconium fluid with 17%, cesarean sections were present in 83.7% of the cases studiedUniversidad de Guayaquil.
