The development of this research is framed in a right that has been evolving with the progress of time, in and out of the nation is freedom of expression, which is entitled "Freedom of expression provided for in the Declaration universal Human Rights "and the proper enforcement of this has been implemented as main objective the" Determine the status and evolution of the rights to freedom of expression in our country, "problems of vital importance to the nation, so that implemented a research process using relevant methodology as in the case of "Theoretical research" through which cheered investigate how this right has been presented throughout world history and Ecuador, purpose achieved using measuring instruments and research such as surveys and statisticians through which it has succeeded in concluding that freedom of expression is presented as a right that goes they economic, ideological and rational conditions of the inhabitants the country and the world, being covered in different systems of law especially in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but though he is in different legal systems, remains violated for lack of a governing body or the application of laws that permit protection aspects such as the honor, image, and the protection of children and youth, therefore implementation of a proposed constitutional amendment to strengthen freedom of expression considering different groups of protection and limitation to be essential have this right.Universidad de Guayaquil.
