La propuesta de solución aquí mostrada esta basada bajo normas y conceptos del TPM (mantenimiento productivo total) y los pilares de confiabilidad .Los resultados de la implementación son impresionantes en términos de incrementos a la eficiencia y productividad de la maquina, aplicando herramientas básicas e importantes propuesta por TPM como son: análisis de los cinco porque, lecciones de punto, mantenimiento autónomo, analizadas y puestas en practica en el presente estudio.Cabe destacar que TPM involucra a todas las personas que trabajan en la industria sea como operadores, técnicos, diseñadores, jefes departamentales, y de gerencia, capacitándolos y entrenándolos de manera continua, cambiado de manera positiva y altamente productiva su mentalidad acerca del trabajo. Entonces, una vez realizada la implementación de los pilares de confiabilidad y puesta en práctica las herramientas propuestas por TPM, se obtienen los resultados deseados de acuerdo a los objetivos y metas establecidas. Sin olvidar el monitoreo continuo de la implementación y de la eficiencia de la maquina OEE (efectividad global del equipo).Logrando así un equipo altamente productivo y eficiente es decir cero averías, cero fallas, cero defectos. La implementación tiene costo de $40868 y las razones económicas (TIR 132.81%, TMAR 53%) indican que es conveniente invertir en la propuesta.The main objective of this work is to solve problems that are currently causing downtime in PROCARSA plant, printing kooper 6, specifically eliminate problems caused by "equipment failure", the main reason to interfere with the performance of the machine. The proposed solution shown here is based on rules and concepts of TPM (total productive maintenance) and the pillars of reliability .The implementation results are impressive in terms of increased efficiency and productivity of the machine, using basic and important tools given by TPM as: analysis of the five because lessons point, autonomous maintenance, analyzed and put into practice in this estudio.Cabe noted that TPM involves everyone working in the industry either as operators, technicians, designers , department heads, and management, training them and training them continuously, changed positively and highly productive mentality about work. Then, once the implementation of the pillars of reliability and implementation tools proposed by TPM, according to the desired objectives and goals established results.
