Este trabajo de titulación, está basado en la sistematización de experiencias de prácticas de investigación, cuyo contexto metodológico ha sido cualitativo, ya que se describirá la participación estudiantil en los talleres de sensibilización sobre violencia de género y sexual que fue desarrollado en la Universidad de Guayaquil bajo la tutela del departamento de Vicerrectorado de Bienestar Estudiantil, con el interés por descubrir aspectos invisibilizados de las propias prácticas, autovaloración del saber que producen las experiencias en quienes las realizamos, cuestionamiento crítico de modelos de intervención y de propuestas pedagógicas y didácticas que se llevaban a cabo desde hacía mucho tiempo. Una de las peculiaridades principales de esta sistematización es la caracterización de las experiencias vividas en los talleres brindados en cuanto a violencia de Genero y Sexual, para esto se conceptualiza, temas tales como. Violencia, violencia de género y sexual, se establece la diferencia entre sexo y género, llegando a desglosar un sin número de aspectos vulnerables. Se han producido, asimismo, propuestas conceptuales, metodológicas, líneas de política, estrategias de acción a mediano plazo, como producto del proceso de sistematización. Cuyo objetivo principal es promover a los estudiantes hacia la concientización de la desigualdad de derechos entre hombres y mujeres existente en nuestro entornoBecause of the high levels of gender violence that exist today, which are the result of the various manifestations of inequality between men and women, placing women in a disadvantage situation, discriminating and excluding them from their rights; this work is based on the systematization of experiences about investigative practices, whose methodological context has been qualitative, because it will describe the student participation in sensitization workshops about gender and sexual violence, which was developed at the University of Guayaquil under the guide of the Vice Principal Office of Student Welfare with the aim to discover aspects that are not visible on practices, self-evaluation of the knowledge produced by the experiences of those who carried them out, critical questioning about intervention models and pedagogical and didactic proposals that have been used for a long time. One of the main peculiarities of this systematization is the characterization of the experiences passed through out the workshops given about Gender and Sexual violence. In order to get the aim, we have conceptualized subjects such as: violence, gender and sexual violence, establishing differences between sex and gender, having as a result a huge number of vulnerable aspects. At the same time we have produced conceptual and methodological proposals, political lines and short-term action strategies as a result of the systematization process.
