| spelling | Importancia del Índice Normal de Razón (INR) en pacientes de cirugía bucal ambulatoria con riesgo hemostático.Loja Orrala, Lisette NoemiCIRUGIA BUCALHEMOSTASIACIRUGIA AMBULATORIAPDFEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la Importancia que tiene el Índice Normal de Razón (INR) en una cirugía bucal ambulatoria requerida en un paciente con riesgo hemostático, así como también las pautas y protocolos de actuación previo, durante y posterior a una cirugía ambulatoria en estos pacientes, debido a que se han observado que la población tiene un gran desconocimiento de la importancia que tiene el Índice Normal de Razón (INR) en pacientes con riesgo hemostático planteándose el siguiente problema ¿ Porque es importante el Índice Normal de Razón (INR) en pacientes de cirugía bucal ambulatoria con riesgo hemostático? El Índice normal de razón (INR) es un término adoptado por la Organización Mundial de la Salud, en el año 1982, para expresar el resultado de la determinación del tiempo de protrombina en todo el mundo. La medición del INR es prescrita a pacientes que tienen un tratamiento anticoagulante por antivitamina K. No hay ningún interés en prescribir el INR a una persona que no tenga un tratamiento anticoagulante por AVK (anti vitamina K). En efecto, la coagulación de la sangre es generalmente muy fluctuante para este tipo de paciente. Conviene controlar el nivel regularmente. Si el INR es anormal, el tratamiento será reajustado. El seguimiento del INR permite controlar las dosis de AVK a prescribir. El paciente bajo tratamiento anticoagulante, debe ser educado para controlar las variaciones del INR. Un régimen es prescrito para evitar ciertas verduras muy ricas en vitamina K y ciertos medicamentos evitados para disminuir el efecto de las AVK. EL INR debe estar comprendido entre 2 y 3 o de 3 a 4.5 en dos controles seguidos con 24 horas de intervalo antes de decidir detener el tratamiento heparínico que debe ser seguido en dosis no cambiantes. Para el presente trabajo de investigación se utilizaran métodos cualitativos, cuantitativos, bibliográficos, descriptivos obteniendo como resultado la determinación específica de la Importancia que tiene el Índice Normal de Razón (INR) en una cirugía bucal ambulatoria requerida en un paciente con riesgo hemostático.This research aims to determine the Importance of the Normal Index Ratio (INR ) in surgery ambulatory oral required in a patient with haemostatic risk, as guidelines and protocols prior action , during and after outpatient surgery in these patients, because it have observed that the population is largely unaware of the importance of the Normal Index Ratio (INR ) in patients with hemostatic risk considering the following problem Why is important reason the Normal Index (INR ) in patients with oral surgery ambulatory with hemostatic risk? The normal index ratio (INR ) is a term adopted by the World Health Organization , in 1982 , to express the result of the determination of the prothrombin time in the entire world . INR measurement is prescribed for patients who have a anticoagulant treatment antivitamin K. There is no interest in prescribe the INR to a person who is not a treatment AVK anticoagulant (anti vitamin K). In fact coagulation of the blood is usually very fluctuating for this type of patient. Level should be monitored regularly. If the INR is abnormal , treatment will be reset. Monitoring of INR allows to control the dose of VKA to prescribe . The patient under anticoagulant therapy must be educated to control INR variations . A scheme is required to avoid certain vegetables rich in vitamin K and certain medications avoided to decrease effect of VKA . EL INR should be between 2 and 3 or 3 to 4.5 in two controls followed 24 hours apart before deciding to stop treatment heparin to be followed in not changing doses. For the present research methods were used qualitative, quantitative , bibliographic , descriptive obtaining as specific determination result of having the Index Importance Normal Ratio (INR ) in an outpatient oral surgery required in a hemostatic risk patient .Universidad de Guayaquil.
