Así, además, poder intercambiar y compartir nuestros aprendizajes con futuras sistematizaciones similares. Aquí se contemplaron aspectos claves como: el ejercicio docente, las necesidades educativas especiales y las estrategias pedagógicas. Estos temas orientaron a nuestro eje de sistematización al plantearnos la siguiente pregunta: ¿Son apropiadas las estrategias pedagógicas utilizadas por los docentes en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales? Luego de analizar y reflexionar sobre la experiencia vivida concluimos que las estrategias pedagógicas utilizadas por los docentes son aplicadas de forma genérica por lo que suplen varias necesidades educativas especiales logrando una gran cobertura de los estudiantes con dificultades y mejorando su rendimiento. No obstante, no alcanzan a atender la diversidad por lo que consideramos que son perfectibles a través de procesos de capacitación y armonización de la gestión con el área de Psicología de la instituciónIn the present systematization of experiences, the process of Pre-Professional Practices of the “Building a culture of diversity” project was carried out, where seventeen teachers attended eight parallels with students between 8 and 16 years, belonging to the educational institution Fe and Alegría “La 40 y la C”, through the application of instruments, the evaluation and exploration of Educational Inclusion in the institution was carried out using a qualitative methodology, which allowed us to make a critical reflection of the experience lived, to generate knowledge. These themes guided our axis of systematization by asking ourselves the following question: Are the pedagogical strategies used by teachers appropriate in the learning of students with special educational needs? After analyzing and reflecting on the lived experience, we conclude that the pedagogical strategies used by teachers are applied generically so they supplement various special educational needs achieving great coverage of students with difficulties and improving their performance.
