El planteamiento de un plan de mejoras para los procesos que se siguen, es el propósito de este documento, en el que se realiza un levantamiento de información relevante, para el análisis y tratamiento de la información recabada, identificando las causas y consecuencias de los problemas existentes, tomando en cuenta que las mejoras deben basarse en las leyes que lo regulan, para el flujo normal de las tareas que realiza la Universidad de Guayaquil en la División Técnica de Obras Universitarias.The requirements presented by different users who belong to the University of Guayaquil, in the field of construction and remodeling of physical infrastructure, have been questioned, because of the cumbersome procedures that should be followed for execution. The approach of an improvement plan for processes that are followed, is the purpose of this document, which is a survey of relevant information for the analysis and processing of the information collected, identifying the causes and consequences of existing problems, taking into account that the improvements should be based on the laws that govern them, for the normal flow of the tasks carried out the University of Guayaquil in the technical Division of University works.Universidad de Guayaquil.
