También se pudo determinar la inconformidad que existe por parte de los ciudadanos en el tiempo de respuesta de atención por parte de las centrales de taxi. Por tal motivo, el proyecto tiene como finalidad agilizar el proceso de solicitudes de taxi mediante el empleo de tecnología actual. Se establece sector y lugar para poder realizar el estudio de aceptación del servicio y verificar la frecuencia de uso de este medio de transporte, para esto se consideró la ciudadanía que se encuentre en su mayoría de edad, así como la aportación de experiencias por parte de familiares y amigos. Cabe recalcar que el análisis realizado no se basa en supuestos, sino en la recolección de información realizada mediante las técnicas de observación y encuestas que ayudaron a determinar la importancia de la implementación del proyecto. Por otro lado, con el desarrollo de la propuesta se espera minimizar el tiempo de respuesta de solicitudes de taxi así como incrementar el uso de este medio de transporte de manera que se recupere la confianza en el servicio. Los principales beneficiarios serán tanto clientes, taxistas y a su vez la empresa, todos de forma equilibrada, dado que al satisfacer de manera mayoritaria a los clientes, no existirán despidos por mantener una demanda baja de servicio y por el contrario se podrían ver incrementados los ingresos de la empresa. Acorde a lo mencionado, podemos determinar, que conforme avance a la tecnología se podrán proporcionar mejores soluciones a los problemas actuales, mejorando así la calidad del servicio que brinde la empresa.In studies conducted verified that express kidnappings rates year after year is increasing, with the taxi one of the main methods of execution. The main beneficiaries will be all customers, taxi drivers and in turn the company, all in a balanced way, as to satisfy majority way to customers, there will be no layoffs to maintain a low demand for service and instead could see increased revenue of the company.
