(Romo Gil, 2015).BRAVO BOLAÑOS, CARLA MERCEDESPDFEl trabajo de investigación se realizó en base al análisis del artículo 103 de la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación, dándole apertura a la música nacional que ha sido parte fundamental para el crecimiento de la sociedad a lo largo de muchas décadas. Teniendo cabida en unos cuantos medios de comunicación y viéndose afectada la producción nacional y llamando la atención del producto extranjero. En la actualidad muchas producciones nacionales sienten la necesidad de que los medios de comunicación les den la debida apertura, y el Cantón Quevedo no es la excepción ya que los programas de radio no dedican tiempo necesario a la música nacional. Dejado atrás lo estipulado en el artículo 103 de la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación en donde se debe insertar al menos el 50 % de la producción nacional en todas las radios. Los métodos que se utilizaron en esta investigación fueron método inductivo, deductivo, analítico y el estadístico los cuales ayudaron a determinar que en los medios de comunicación de radiodifusión no se cumple con lo establecido en la Ley de Comunicación. El objetivo de la propuesta se basa en realizar un programa de radio llamado “Amando lo nuestro” donde se le dará espacio a la música nacional en uno de los medios de comunicación de cantón Quevedo, y se insertara el 50% de música nacional como lo estable el artículo 103 de la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación.The research was conducted based on the analysis of Article 103 of the Communications Law; giving opening to national music has been a fundamental part to the growth of society over many decades. Taking place in a few media and being affected domestic production and drawing attention of the foreign product.Today many national productions feel the need for the media give them proper opening and Canton Quevedo is no exception as radio programs do not spend time necessary to national music. Left behind stipulated in Article 103 of the Communications Law where should be inserted at least 50% of national production in all radios.The methods used in this research were inductive, deductive, analytical and statistical method which helped determine that the broadcasting media is not satisfied with the provisions of the Communications Law.the objective of the proposal is based on making a radio program called “loving ours” where it will give space to national music in one of the media Quevedo canton, and inserted 50% of national music as stable Article 103 of the communications Law.UNIVERSIDAD DE GUAYAQUILLic.
