La presente investigación parte de la metodología sistematización de experiencias, para contestar la pregunta eje ¿Cuáles fueron las aportaciones metodológicas, producto de la ejecución de las preprofesionales VI en la Fundación Huerto de los Olivos? su respuesta se basa en como las distintas actividades realizadas aportaron de manera metodológica al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la práctica. En este proceso se comprendió la pertinencia de adaptar las herramientas empleadas en este tipo de requerimientos de los usuarios, lo cual permite mayor fiabilidad en los resultados y se sugiere la implementación de talleres socializadores de afrontamiento de estrés en cuidadoresThis research is born from the pre-professional practices of the eighth semester carried out at the Huerto de los Olivos Foundation, to understand the strategies used and their usefulness in strengthening self-esteem and preventing stress in users with disabilities and their caregivers. This research is based on the methodology systematization of experiences, to answer the central question: What were the methodological contributions, product of the execution of the VI pre-professionals in the Huerto de los Olivos Foundation? His answer is based on how the different activities carried out contributed in a methodological way to the fulfillment of the objectives of the practice.
