Mediante el uso de Entrevistas a los funcionarios involucrados en el proceso de cobranzas obtuvimos datos relevantes a la actual ejecución de la cobranza y los registros que realizaban de las mismas, esto nos llevó a determinar que existe una oportunidad de mejora que nos lleve a tener mayor calidad en el registro de la información como base para los Indicadores planteados. Entre los resultados más relevantes tenemos la segmentación de la cartera de cuentas por cobrar para realizar mejor la gestión y designado los responsables de esta.This research work is carried out to bring the DECO-ARTE micro-enterprise closer to the formalization of processes and standards, reviewing results by implementing Management indicators and as a basis for future improvements of the same process and in the medium term acquire technology that allows to agility the process leaving the Operational part of the Registry and proceed to the analysis and decision-making on the different types of portfolio receivable to customers. Through the use of interviews with the officials involved in the collection process we obtained data relevant to the current execution of the collection and the records they made of them, this led us to determine that there is an opportunity for improvement that leads us to have higher quality in the recording of the information as the basis for the Indicators raised.
