El objetivo de las autoras fue conocer la relación entre las condiciones de trabajo y la ejecución de tareas desde la perspectiva de los trabajadores de la institución hospitalaria. Al ser un trabajo cualitativo, realizamos la interpretación de la información que obtuvimos por parte de los trabajadores del área administrativa, buscando comprender por qué sucedió lo que sucedió. Se encontró que las condiciones de trabajo no son las más adecuadas, existen inconvenientes con el ambiente, la ergonomía y la personalización del área de trabajo, que efectivamente influyen en la realización de las tareas puesto que afectan a la comodidad de los empleadosWe had systematized the experiences that we live by studying the working conditions within the administrative area in a hospital in Guayaquil, likewise we established an axis question that gives meaning to our work: What is the perception that workers have of working conditions and their relationship with the execution of tasks? The objective of the authors was to know the relationship between working conditions and the execution of tasks from the perspective of the workers of the hospital institution. As a qualitative work, we make an interpretation of the information that we obtained by workers of the administrative area, seeking to understand why happened what happened.
