Para tener una perspectiva técnica de las actividades que se realizan en la empresa se dejó estructurado el macroproceso empresarial el cual dispone de procesos estratégicos, claves y de apoyo. Mediante el Diagrama de Pareto se identifica que el principal problema es el incremento de productos no conformes, por lo cual se estructura una propuesta técnica teniendo una inversión total de $ 23.082,00. El coeficiente beneficio/costo, encontrado en el análisis financiero fue de 1,11 >1, lo que determina que la propuesta es viable y se recomienda, entre otras cosas, mejorar la distribución de planta de la organización.In the present work, the general objective is to analyze the productive system of the company Exporting Jaem S.A. and propose an improvement, for which a type of descriptive study was applied to analyze the current situation of the company. An observational research method was used, identifying the critical points of the production system that have an impact on low levels of productivity. In order to have a technical perspective of the activities carried out in the company, the business macro-process was left structured, which has strategic, key and support processes. Using the Pareto Diagram, it is identified that the main problem is the increase in non-conforming products, for which a technical proposal is structured with a total investment of $23,082.00. The benefit/cost quotient, found in the financial analysis, was 1.11>1, which determines that the proposal is viable and it is recommended, among other things, to improve the distribution of the organization's plant.Universidad de Guayaquil.
