Por lo tanto, se dispone de una etapa investigativa en la cual se recopilarán datos y estadísticas que justifiquen la propuesta arquitectónica. De esta manera se pretende proyectar una solución espacial basada en las normas del buen vivir. La adicción es una enfermedad multifactorial que afecta al individuo de manera física, mental y social, por lo cual el paciente debe ser atendido de manera multidisciplinaria. Las instalaciones para atender a estos pacientes con las que cuenta actualmente el País, revelan la poca importancia que se le ha dado al tema. Existen algunos centros de este tipo en Guayaquil, los cuales no fueron diseñados para esta función y no cuentan con las instalaciones adecuadas para tratar este tipo de enfermedad. Estos son insuficientes para el alto porcentaje de casos de drogadicción que se registra actualmente en el país, por lo que las personas que desean rehabilitarse deben recurrir a hospitales privados, los cuales no ofrecen un tipo de atención especializada para el tratamiento de esta enfermedad, o a centros de rehabilitación en el extranjero; de no ser así, deben recurrir a instituciones de ayudas gubernamentales, las que les brindan ayuda gratuitamente, pero tampoco cuentan con las instalaciones e infraestructura adecuada.This proposal focuses on the current situation in the country, undue consumption by youth substances. Therefore, it has a research phase in which data and statistics to justify the architectural proposal be collected. This approach is intended to project a space solution based on the rules of good living. Addiction is a multifactorial disease that affects the individual physically, mentally and socially, so the patient should be treated in a multidisciplinary way. Currently the disease is attacking mainly young people and according to statistics the consumption of legal and illegal drugs at the national level has increased in recent years. The facilities to care for this patient that currently has the country, reveal how little importance has been given to the subject. There are few such centers in Guayaquil, which were not designed for this function and do not have the right to treat this type of disease facilities, since they work in what were private homes and are now adapted or retrofitted to function as a treatment center or a rehabilitation clinic.
