La investigación está basada en los lineamientos establecidos por la universidad de Guayaquil, la investigación será cualitativo con enfoques mixto de una manera destructiva y analítica con fuentes mixtas y utilizando la observación, entrevista y encuesta como instrumento. Como resultados se obtuvo reacciones positivas de los pobladores de la comuna, al enterarse que un nuevo servicio de comida se brindara en su localidad, otros datos importantes de la investigación fueron que la mayoría de visitantes son de Guayaquil que ingresan a la comuna por la seguridad, limpieza de sus playas y atractivos turísticos, la oferta de restaurantes no compensan a las demanda de turistas que ha aumentado en los últimos años, por lo cual nace la necesidad de diseñar un restaurante que cumpla las exigencias de la demanda existente.The research work was carried out in the municipality of Palmar, belonging to the parish Colonche where the theme is the analysis of the supply and demand that exists in the area for the design of a thematic restaurant, which promotes local gastronomy and promote tourism. The research is based on guidelines established by the University of Guayaquil; research will be qualitative with mixed approaches in a destructive and analytical way with mixed sources and using observation, interview and survey as an instrument. As a result, positive reactions were obtained from the inhabitants of the commune. Upon learning that a new food service was provided in their locality, other important data of the investigation were that the majority of visitors are from Guayaquil who enter the commune for safety, Cleaning of its beaches and tourist attractions, the offer of restaurants do not compensate for the demand of tourists that has increased in recent years, which is why the need arises to design a restaurant that meets the demands of the existing demand.UNIVERSIDAD DE GUAYAQUILIng.
