Los clientes tendrán la facilidad de acceder a toda la información histórica de los mantenimientos realizados, y de esta manera llevarán un control más minucioso del estado del vehículo y así evitar futuros daños en los mismos, además por medio de la tarjeta magnética la aplicación mostrará un reporte que detalla todas las actividades de mantenimiento que se le debe realizar al vehículo en su próxima visita. Para realizar el estudio se utilizo investigación de campo y documental, las mismas que son dependientes de técnicas e instrumentos para la recolección de datos. El tecnicentro se beneficiara de los resultados que se obtengan del funcionamiento del sistema, ya que este logrará incrementar sus ventas por medio de los servicios adicionales que como valor agregado se están ofreciendo a los clientes.In this plan a web system has been developed that manages the preventive and remedial maintenance of light vehicles, using magnetic technology, with the purpose of recording all the maintenances that the Tech Centre has accomplished to the cars and manage the next maintenances with the support of magnetic cards. The customers will have on easy access to all the information, and have a better control to avoid the future damages, it will also show a report, outlining all the maintenances activities that the car has to do in the next visit. To prepare the study was used a camp and documetal investigation, which has dependent off techiques and instruments for the collection of the data, the service centre will get benefits of results that can be obtained from the system, bacause it will increase the sales throught the aditionals services given like added value to clients.Universidad de Guayaquil.
