| spelling | CARACTERIZACIÓN DE LAS ACTITUDES DE LOS DOCENTES FRENTE A LA EDUCACIÓN INCLUSIVA EN LA ESCUELA ESTERO SALADOÁLAVA GUSQUI, MARÍA MERCEDESMOROCHO LEÓN, ELIZABETH RAQUELactitudeseducación inclusivadiscapacidaddocentesPDFEn este trabajo de titulación, se da a conocer las actitudes que se observaron en los docentes frente a la educación inclusiva, basado en el proyecto “Construyendo una Cultura de la Diversidad” de nuestras prácticas realizadas en una de las Instituciones pertenecientes a Fe y Alegría, considerando el tema Caracterización de las actitudes de los docentes frente a la educación inclusiva en la Escuela “Estero Salado” como propuesta de trabajo de titulación, identificando el eje principal que es: ¿Cuáles son las actitudes de los docentes frente a la educación inclusiva?, con el objetivo de describir las actitudes de los docentes frente a la inclusión de los alumnos con Necesidades Educativas Especiales (NEE) asociadas a la Discapacidad, se utilizó una metodología cualitativa, fundamentada en una sistematización de experiencia, a través de la Escala de Actitudes, Entrevistas a los Docentes, Encuestas y Observación del escenario educativo. En los resultados se evidenció que los Docentes que laboran en dicha Institución, poseen actitudes negativas frente a la educación inclusiva. Desde una reflexión crítica se puede decir que estas actitudes negativas de los docentes se deben a distintos factores sociales que influyeron en la manera en la que se trabajó en las instituciones educativas. En la experiencia hubo inconvenientes y limitaciones que impidieron recoger la información solicitada. Se Concluye que las diferentes actitudes que tienen los docentes frente a la educación inclusiva van a depender de la visión actual que tengan del mismo y de la capacitación constante que reciban dentro y fuera de la instituciónIn this degree work, the attitudes observed in teachers regarding Inclusive Education, based on the project "Building a Culture of Diversity" of our practices carried out in one of the Institutions belonging to Fe y Alegria, considering this theme; Characterization of teachers attitudes towards Inclusive Education in the “Estero Salado” School as a proposal for a degree work, identifying the main axis that is: What are the attitudes of teachers towards Inclusive Education? With the objective of describing the attitudes of teachers towards the Inclusion of students with Special Educational Needs (NEE) associated with Disability, using a qualitative methodology, based on a systematization of experience, through the Attitudes Scale, Interviews with Teachers, Surveys and Observation of the educational scenario. The results showed that Teachers who working in mentioned Institution have negative attitudes towards Inclusive Education. From a critical reflection we can say that these negative attitudes of teachers are due to different social factors that influence the way in which they have been working in educational institutions. In the experience there were inconveniences and limitations that prevented collecting the requested information.
