El objetivo que se busca es desarrollar un módulo para tutores disponible en un ambiente web y al que puedan acceder los tutores en cualquier momento desde sus hogares, cybers o colegio. Facilitando la interacción entre tutores y padres de familias, de esta manera se mantendrá informado a los representantes del comportamiento de sus hijos y que puedan tomar decisiones oportunas para lograr alcanzar un mejor nivel académico. De esta manera se busca dar solución a la institución educativa, con el fin de aliviar la carga laboral de los tutores en el control de los alumnos de un curso. El módulo se desarrolló bajo la modalidad de investigación de tipo factible y se tomó como metodologías de investigación la encuesta y la observación, en las encuestas se realizó a 60 personas entre 20 tutores, 30 representantes legales y 10 personal administrativo. Finalmente se considera que este proyecto es de gran utilidad e incidirá de manera favorable en la interacción entre la los representantes y permitirá tener un mejor control de las actividades académicas de sus representados al ser un proceso automatizado.The importance of this issue lies in solving the problems of sending subpoenas and improve communication with parents of families in the school Gloria Gorelik. The objective sought is to develop a module for tutors available in a Web environment that is accessible at any time tutors from their homes, cybercafes or college. Facilitating interaction between tutors and parents, so you will be kept informed representatives of the behavior of their children and that they can make appropriate decisions for achieving a better academic level. In this way it seeks to solve the educational institution, in order to relieve the workload of tutors in monitoring students in a course. The module was developed in the form of research and made possible such as survey research methodologies and observation, surveys 60 people between 20 tutors, 30 legal representatives and 10 administrative staff took place.
