Identificar el grado, localización, para la elección del material que se usara en la rehabilitación, con un enfoque mínimamente invasiva, preservando los tejidos remanentes. El objetivo de estudio es disminuir la hipersensibilidad que causa la erosión con carillas directa de resinas compuesta, logrando armonía dentofacial del paciente atendido en la Facultad de Odontología de la Universidad de Guayaquil del CI 2023-2024. El siguiente trabajo es de tipo cualitativo, transversal, descriptivo, documental, no probabilístico. Para el presente estudio se confeccionaron 4 carillas de resina en piezas anterosuperiores en un paciente de 19 años con erosión e hipersensibilidad de leve-moderadas. Los resultados fueron favorables, tanto funcional como estético, luego de 7 meses post-operatorio. Se le recomienda controles periódicos.Dental erosion is a multifactorial lesion of non-carious origin caused by intrinsic or extrinsic chemical substances that affect dental hard tissues. Over the years, the prevalence of this lesion has increased worldwide in young people and adults. To identify the degree, location, the choice of the material to be used in the rehabilitation, with a minimally invasive approach, preserving the remaining tissues. The objective of the study is to reduce the hypersensitivity caused by erosion with direct composite resin veneers, achieving dentofacial harmony in the patients treated at the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Guayaquil, IC 2023-2024. The following is a qualitative, cross-sectional, descriptive, documentary, non-probabilistic study. For the present study, 4 resin veneers were fabricated in anterosuperior teeth in a 19-year-old patient with mild to moderate erosion and hypersensitivity.
