| spelling | ESTUDIO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA REDISEÑO DE LA RED LAN UTILIZANDO TECNOLOGÍA MIKROTIK EN EL MUNICIPIO DE NARANJALLUCERO PERALTA, LUIS ALFREDORediseño de red LANTecnología MikrotikAdobeEl presente trabajo de investigación trata acerca de un proyecto sobre un estudio de factibilidad para rediseño de la red LAN utilizando tecnología Mikrotik para el municipio de Naranjal, en base a las necesidades presentadas en los distintos departamentos, esto debido al cambio de tecnología que han ido con el pasar de los años y más que todo por la mayor afluencia de usuarios para tramitar diversos servicios que ofrece esta entidad municipal, produciendo congestionamiento en sistema, fallos en la líneas de comunicación, ralentización de la transmisión de datos, generando muchas situaciones conflictos, por eso es necesario el planteamiento de un estudio de factibilidad que brinde una asesoría para rediseñar la red LAN existente en el municipio para la mejora de la atención del cliente, dentro del estudio investigativo se procedió con una metodología apropiada en la aplicación de métodos y encuestas al personal de empleados que laboran en una estación de trabajo, la población del estudio fue de 85 empleados y la muestra tomada es de 65 personas con interrogantes dirigidas a analizar los problemas existentes, haciendo una validación de la hipótesis y las variables de estudio, produciendo resultados que ayuden a la propuesta, estas preguntas se analizarán mediante cuadros estadísticos con gráficos de pastel y un pormenorizado análisis para obtener resultados en la investigación. La propuesta está basada en el rediseño de la red LAN utilizando tecnología Mikrotik para optimizar los servicios que ofrecen cada departamento del municipio de Naranjal con importantes beneficios, ventajas en la transmisión y fluidez de la información y datos de la empresa.This research deals with a project on a feasibility study for redesigning the LAN using Mikrotik technology for the town of Naranjal, based on the needs presented in the various departments, this due to the change in technology that have with the passing of the years and most of all for the largest number of users to process various services offered by the municipal entity, causing congestion in the system, failures in communication lines, slowing the transmission of data, generating many conflict situations, why the approach of a feasibility study to provide a consultancy to redesign the existing LAN network in the municipality to improve the customer's attention within the research study proceeded with an appropriate methodology in the application of methods and surveys necessary staff employees working at a workstation, the study population was 85 employees and a sample taken from 65 people with questions aimed at analyzing the existing problems, making a hypothesis and validation of the study variables, producing results that help the proposal, these questions will be analyzed by statistical tables with pie charts and a detailed analysis for research results.
