La relevancia de esta sistematización radica en la importancia que desempeñan los aspectos teórico-metodológicos en los procesos de diagnóstico organizacional; una metodología descontextualizada del lugar en el que realizara el diagnóstico, afectara la efectividad y validez del mismo. Dentro de los aspectos metodológicos, se utilizó la sistematización, permitió analizar las experiencias vividas y generar nuevo conocimiento. Entre las conclusiones destacan la necesidad de la familiarización previo al establecimiento de la metodologíaThe following qualification work consisted in the Systematization of experience of the theoretical-methodological application of the diagnostic process of job satisfaction, it covered the theoretical-methodological components of the diagnostic process of job satisfaction of a financial institution in the city of Guayaquil. The relevance of this systematization lies in the importance of the theoretical-methodological aspects in the processes of organizational diagnosis; a decontextualized methodology of the place where the diagnosis will be made, will affect its effectiveness and validity.
