El principal objetivo del presente trabajo es establecer el balance de la responsabilidad social en el mercado de Gómez Rendón mediante las cuales determinó las variables según los diferentes aspectos como calidad de productos, calidad del servicio, economía, medio ambiente e infraestructura. Y al cabo de analizar estas variables se pudo determinar las falencias y fortalezas del mercado en cuanto a responsabilidad social. El tipo de investigación es descriptiva y la técnica de la recolección de datos fue la encuesta, las cuales se realizaron a los comerciantes y clientes del mercado; además se realizó una lista de cotejo en la cual se aplicó la observación. Todos estos instrumentos empleados y soportados en el marco teórico de las investigaciones previas, nos permitió elaborar el balance social del mercado y así determinar si en este punto de comercialización cumple con los principios de contabilidad.This thesis is about the balance of Social Responsibility in the Gomez Rendon Market, which through research techniques could detect the problems in the environment corresponding to the social, environmental and economic part. The main objective of this work is to establish the balance of social responsibility in the Gómez Rendon market through which it determined the variables according to the different aspects such as product quality, service quality, economy, environment and infrastructure. And after analyzing these variables, it was possible to determine the weaknesses and strengths of the market in terms of social responsibility. The type of research is descriptive and the data collection technique was the survey, which were carried out to the merchants and customers of the market; In addition, a checklist was made in which the observation was applied.
