Por tanto, es necesario el diseño de esta guía que beneficiara a los estudiantes y a su vez una herramienta de trabajo para los docentes refiriéndose al área de matemáticas.In the present investigation, it is about determining the importance of the use of the TIC in the learning of representation numerical sets, for this purpose a test was applied to two groups of students, which it was possible to determine that when applying a traditional class to the first group of students and then the test was obtained that more than 50% of the students did not dominate the subject in its entirety, in such a way that the second group of students was given a class mediated by TIC and with a didactic situation at the same time the same test, in the end it was possible to verify that this group with the implementation of TIC managed to master the subject of rational numbers.
