Las personas que van a interactuar con el sistema son el administrador, el gerente general y los subgerentes. Para corroborar la factibilidad del proyecto y la existencia de la problemática se realizo una entrevista cualitativa a tres gerentes de empresas de nuestro país donde sus criterios coincidieron que es necesario la implementación de herramientas tecnológicas que optimicen el tiempo en los procesos de planeación estratégica, también se elaboró una encuesta aplicada a los trabajadores de la empresa Canal 6 donde el 100% de los encuestados consideran necesario la implementación de un sistema automatizado para la elaboración de un plan estratégico. Como conclusión definimos que un sistema en ambiente web es necesario para mejorar sus procesos previos a la elaboración de un Plan estratégico eficaz, puesto que ayuda de gran manera en la optimización de tiempo, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.The company Canal 6 Television Cine Cable is developed in a complex scenario, affected by political, economic, social and cultural environments complicated to face with a traditional administration, to this is added the existence of unfair competition and low growth of the company , for this reason the development of this titling project arises, the main objective of which is the development of a prototype proposal of a web environment system, which covers the needs of the organization to carry out a more effective strategic planning process through an internal and external analysis of the company using the most known methodologies in a friendly environment taking advantage of the benefits of technology, replacing the physical documentation and innovating the traditional planning process. The people who will interact with the system are the administrator, the general manager and the assistant managers. To corroborate the feasibility of the project and the existence of the problem, a qualitative interview was conducted with three managers of companies in our country where their criteria coincided that it is necessary to implement technological tools that optimize time in strategic planning processes. It elaborated a survey applied to the workers of the Canal 6 Company where 100% of the respondents considered necessary the implementation of an automated system for the elaboration of a strategic plan. In conclusion we define that a system in web environment is necessary to improve its processes prior to the development of an effective strategic plan, since it greatly helps in the optimization of time, problem solving and decision making.Universidad de Guayaquil.
