Para el desarrollo del proyecto se realizo un análisis de la empresa donde se encontrará la información de la visión, misión y valores. En el análisis de mercado se establecen las estrategias de mercado a utilizar antes de posicionar nuestro servicio, se realizó una matriz FODA para lograr obtener dichas estrategias, nuestro mercado objetivo para este proyecto serán las personas que constituyen el área urbana de Guayaquil entre edades de 20 y 39 años y cuyo estrato social sea medio, medio alto y alto, es decir toda persona que desea verse y sentirse bien; por esto creemos que el tamaño del mercado es bastante grande a nivel del cantón guayaquil y mucho más a nivel nacional. Se realizó un análisis técnico donde describimos nuestra cadena de valor, página Web y herramientas a utilizar. En la administración, se define el grupo empresarial que estará conformado por profesionales que hayan tenido una amplia experiencia en cargos similares para impulsar el mejor desenvolvimiento y cumplir con los objetivos trazados, además de contar con un personal altamente calificado. Un análisis legal y social donde se detallan los aspectos legales de la empresa. Al realizar el análisis económico y financiero para “MODA DE ALQUILER.COM”, observamos que se logra una tasa de retorno del 59% es decir que los flujos generados del proyecto recuperan la inversión de US$ 10.141,72 al segundo año con seis meses, obteniendo una utilidad de US$ 16.458,48 al final del periodo. Financieramente, los cálculos generan buenas utilidades, que van aumentando paulatinamente hasta el quinto año. Por lo que podemos establecer que el proyecto es económicamente viable. Se detalla un análisis de riesgos donde se definen los riesgos que podría tener nuestra empresa. Se cuenta también con una evaluación del proyecto en sus 3 escenarios optimista, pesimista y esperado.
