La falta de conocimiento de los servicios y desconocer las necesidades de lo que pueden ofrecer al turista o al visitante en la cooperativa 23 de noviembre es un problema con solución a través de este análisis estadístico que se le realizado a los visitantes para deducir el problema fueron la observación del lugar , la encuesta y una muestra de 289 personas que dieron como resultado la necesidad de mejorar el servicio dar nuevas alternativas de alojamiento como las cabañas dentro de espacios naturales y que estarían dispuestos a visitar y alojarse .Las cabañas ecológicas son de un modelo rústico de materiales ecológicos y bases mixtas lo que brindará al visitante una satisfacción de confort y comodidad disfrutando de una vista a la exuberante vegetación que rodea al mirador del tigre . Se espera el presente proyecto sea ejecutado por medio del financiamiento de los administradores de la cooperativa 23 de Noviembre.This work consist of five chapters,which describes the process of investigation of the service of camping of the Mirador del Tigre to implement ecological cabins, this will allow to diversify the tourism offer of the sector and of the canton Naranjal .
