El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es determinar si el modelo de gestión de TI de la empresa Negocios Industriales Real S.A. sobre los procesos de operación y continuidad de los servicios se realiza correctamente evaluando sus actividades utilizando como marco referencial guías y estándares internacionales de buenas prácticas de gestión de TI. Como metodología de investigación se usa “Estudio de caso” y se efectuara un análisis a partir de lo teórico para llegar a la correcta aplicación de las actividades dentro del área. El análisis permitirá identificar fortalezas, oportunidades y debilidades de la gestión actual de TI, además de conocer desde la perspectiva interna de un funcionario del área cuán importante es la correcta gestión de TI para el beneficio de la empresa. A partir de los resultados se presentarán recomendaciones que permitan al área de TI saber que actividades y controles les ayudara a mejorar la gestión de los servicios dentro de los procesos de operación y continuidad para entregar mayor valor a la empresa y mejorar la perspectiva del cliente interno sobre la gestión del área de TI.Information Technologies play a vital role in the achievement of the objectives set by the companies, here is where the proper management of IT and processes inherent help business processes are executing as required by the companies. The main objective of this research is to determine if the IT Management Model of the company Real Industrial Business about the processes of operation and continuity of services are performed correctly evaluating their activities using guides and international standards of good IT management practices as references. As research methodology "Case Study" is used and an analysis from the theoretical to be carried out to arrive at the correct implementation of the activities within the area. The analysis will identify strengths, opportunities and weaknesses of the current IT management while also learning from the internal perspective of an official from the area how important the proper management of IT for the benefit of the company.
