Ante esta problemática nace la necesidad de la implementación de un sistema informático integral que permita el manejo de información de manera rápida, se puede observar que el proyecto de investigación es viable y sustentable puesto que se cuenta con los recursos necesarios tales como: servidores, infraestructura de red, recursos económicos necesarios, computadores para la implementación del mismo. El grupo objetivo a investigar son los usuarios del CRIEG#2, los profesionales de salud que laboran en la institución y el personal de los departamentos de estadística y de enfermería con la finalidad de identificar las necesidades, observar las debilidades y falencias del sistema que actualmente están utilizando. La implementación de este modelo permitirá brindar una atención de calidad y calidez que es promovida según el Ministerio de Salud Pública y las Normas Del Buen Vivir. Dentro de los aspectos importantes del proyecto se destaca el uso de recursos de bajo costo.Throughout this investigative project, many deficiencies have been detected within the system currently under use in CRIEG#2; such deficiencies have been the cause of several inconvenient times when data manipulation was needed. Facing this issue, the idea of a new integrated system seems like the solution which will allow access to the information in an expedited manner. It can be proven by this investigative report that the solution mentioned before is viable and plausible due to the existence of all required resources such as: servers, net infrastructure, proper budget and computers for the implementation. The group which was evaluated and investigated was the users the CRIEG#2, along with all the healthcare professionals that work among us and the statistics department with the intention of uncover all the opportunities areas from the system currently in used. The proper implementation of this model will help us achieve the quality customer service promoted by the Public Health Ministry and it’s normative.
