Proposal: to propose a list of songs to learn new vocabulary through them using the tpr method to improve memorization.Menéndez Tuarez, Carla AngelaMolina Chávez, Dayana EstefaníaTOTAL PHYSICAL RESPONSESONGSVOCABULARYMOVEMENTPDFThis project investigates how the integration of Total Physical Response method (TPR) can be applied using songs to acquire, remember and retain vocabulary in students of fourth grade parallel “B” at Unidad Educativa San Josemaria Escriva during the 2024-2025 academic period. It explored how movements promote meaningful learning that can help students to learn easily and the effectiveness of an active class to motivate students to be immersed in their learning process. To develop this research a bibliographic, field and statistical investigation was done in order to collect relevant data to the investigation. Additionally, this study employed a mixed-method approach using observation, interview, and surveys to gather insight from teacher and students. The findings show that with the TPR method students make a connection relating movements and language to develop a meaningful learning that permits students learn and retain vocabulary easily, also it was found that students prefer using song due to songs create a relax atmosphere in which students do not feel pressure and participate voluntarily. The study shows the importance of using new techniques such as TPR with songs that help teachers to promote a participative classroom, create a relaxing atmosphere and make the learning of new vocabulary easier.
