La experiencia fue compartida con 14 docentes que participaron juntos a los autores en las diferentes instancias del proceso que tuvo como hilo conductor o eje, la pregunta ¿Cómo se efectuó el levantamiento de información para el estudio de las implicaciones del teletrabajo en la actividad docente? Tema que responde a la línea de investigación “Promoción de la calidad de vida laboral en las organizaciones que fortalezcan el desarrollo del potencial humano, individual y social” y a la sub-línea “Riesgos psicosociales, bienestar y calidad de vida laboral”. Desde la reflexión crítica se destaca la importancia del diseño de instrumentos de acuerdo al contexto de los participantes de un proyecto, así como el desarrollo de competencias sociales para el efectivo levantamiento de datos cualitativos sobre todo en tiempos de distanciamiento social y virtualidad. Potencializar desde la academia el desarrollo de tales competencias para lograr una adecuada aplicación de técnicas e instrumentos, como principal recomendaciónThis work was carried out through online interventions with the teachers of the Gonzalo Abad Grijalva Educational Unit of the Canton Chone, with the participation of 16 of them together with the authors of the work in mention. The topic responds to the line of research "Promoción de la calidad de vida laboral en las organizaciones que fortalezcan el desarrollo del potencial humano, individual y social ", and to the sub-line " Riesgos psicosociales, Bienestar y Calidad de Vida Laboral ". The question formulated for the axis was the following: How was the process of raising information in the teachers of the Gonzalo Abad Grijalva Educational Unit of the Canton Chone executed? This work aims to analyze the information collected during the interventions made to teachers to understand the implications of teleworking in them. The modality to which it responds is that of systematization of experiences, and its methodology is qualitative.
