| spelling | Diseño de un plan de seguridad y seguridad industrial en la Empresa Subservind S.A. en el área de bodegas.Pérez Alvarado, Anthony IsidroSISTEMAS INTEGRADOS DE GESTIÓNAUDITORÍA DE CUMPLIMIENTODISMINUIR DE RIESGOS LABORALESERGONOMÍAEste documento contiene archivo en PDF.El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo elaborar un plan de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional, para la empresa Subservind S.A., en la fase inicial se sustentó la investigación tomando en cuenta la cantidad de empleados que la conforman y la actividad económica a la que se dedican, luego se identificaron los procesos que intervienen en la venta de artículos de ferretería, con el cual se dio a lugar evaluar el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional, donde se emplearon herramientas como la matriz de evaluación de riesgos, auditoría interna de cumplimento, diagrama de Pareto, check list, entre otros que dieron como resultados el incumplimiento a los requisitos técnicos y de auditoría interna, generando un impacto de negativo para la empresa, ya que solo cumple con el 32% del total de los requisitos; razón por loque ha sido necesario realizar una propuesta que permita a la empresa incrementar el porcentaje de cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos impuestos por el organismo de control, disminuyendo los riesgos laborales encontrados en la evaluación y mejorar el ambiente laboral de la empresa. El análisis costo –beneficio obtenido es superior a 1, siendo por tanto factible su realización y beneficiando a la empresa.Thepresent work aims to develop an occupational health and safety management plan for the company Subservind SA. In the initial phase the investigation was supported taking into account the number of employees that make it up and the economic activity to which they are engaged. Then, the processes involved in the sale of hardware items were identified, which led to the evaluation of the occupational health and safety management system, where tools such as the risk assessment matrix, internal compliance audit,Pareto diagram, check list, among others were used, which resulted in non-compliance with the technical and internal audit requirements, generating a negative impact for the company, since it only meets 32% of the total requirements. For this reason, it has been necessary to make a proposal that allows the company to increase the percentage of compliance with the technical requirements imposed by the control body, reducing the occupational risks found in the evaluation and improving the company's work environment.
