En el cual se obtiene como resultado que el 62% del personal considera que a la empresa le cuesta recuperar la cartera en morosidad. Así también con un sig. bilateral de 0.036 se aprueba la hipótesis alternativa en la cual se evidencia que existe correlación positiva moderada entre las estrategias financieras y el mejoramiento de la liquidez. A su vez, con la aplicación de la propuesta el Sistema Du-pont presenta una mejora en el rendimiento de los capitales invertidos en un 3.08 y su ciclo de conversión del efectivo mejora al aplicar las políticas y procedimientos y el NOF-FM a través del KPI, lo cual permite que la empresa baje los días en retornar el efectivo al flujo siendo eficiente en su gestión de cobro.The investigation focuses on the management of the credit and collections area in the company RTM Internacional, which is dedicated to the sale of quality services in its products and procedures, which go hand in hand with machinery and equipment of the latest technology in security against fires, given that the company has problems when recovering its portfolio, causing accounts receivable to increase, the descriptive, documentary and correlation research design is carried out, applying the questionnaire technique and as instruments the survey and the interview with a focus qualitative and quantitative. In which the result is that 62% of the staff considers that the company finds it difficult to recover the delinquent portfolio. So too with a sig. bilateral of 0.036, the alternative hypothesis is approved in which it is evident that there is a moderate positive correlation between financial strategies and the improvement of liquidity.
