| spelling | Regeneración ósea en microcirugía endodónticaRuiz Lozano, Elsa MoraymaMICROCIRUGIA ENDODONTICAREGENERACION OSEACICATRIZACION DE HERIDASPDFLa microcirugía endodóntica es un procedimiento quirúrgico realizado como última opción con el fin de preservar el órgano dental, mediante la regeneración de los tejidos de soporte del diente con la ayuda de nuevos instrumentos sofisticados y especiales, la utilización de una alta magnificación y en ocasiones dependiendo del tamaño de la lesión periapical la combinación de técnicas de reparación ósea como el plasma rico en fibrina o la regeneración ósea guiada, que garanticen el éxito del tratamiento. De tal modo que el objetivo general del trabajo fue determinar la efectividad de la técnica de la microcirugía endodóntica y su relación con la regeneración ósea peri radicular. El enfoque de la investigación fue de tipo bibliográfico usando métodos histórico-lógico y descriptivo acoplando técnicas de análisis de fuentes científicas y de revisión de bibliografía relevantes para el trabajo. Para finalizar la autora en base a los resultados concluye que la efectividad de la técnica de la microcirugía se determinó a través de la utilización micro instrumentos y la magnificación brindado por el endoscopio, para garantizar un éxito del tratamiento y su relación con la reparación ósea varía dependiendo el tamaño de la lesión para que se de manera natural o por medio de la combinación de técnicas de regeneración. Y se recomienda sugerir la aplicación de la microcirugía como alternativa de tratamiento en casos que se haya perdido dicho tejido a causa de una lesión periapical persistente.Endodontic microsurgery is a surgical procedure performed as a last option in order to preserve the dental organ, by regenerating the supporting tissues of the tooth with the help of new sophisticated and special instruments, the use of high magnification and sometimes depending on the size of the periapical lesion the combination of bone repair techniques such as plasma rich in fibrin or guided bone regeneration, which guarantee the success of the treatment. In such a way that the general objective of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the endodontic microsurgery technique and its relationship with periradicular bone regeneration. The research approach was of a bibliographic type using historical-logical and descriptive methods, coupling techniques of analysis of scientific sources and revision of relevant bibliography for the work. To conclude, the author, based on the results, concludes that the effectiveness of the microsurgery technique was determined through the use of micro-instruments and the magnification provided by the endoscope, to guarantee a successful treatment and its relationship with bone repair varies depending on the size of the lesion so that it occurs naturally or through a combination of regeneration techniques. And it is recommended to suggest the application of microsurgery as an alternative treatment in cases where said tissue has been lost due to a persistent periapical lesion.Universidad de Guayaquil.
