En el proceso de la creación de este software se tomarán en cuenta los diferentes aspectos políticos, sociales, económicos y tecnológicos, que servirán como pilar fundamental en la creación de nuestra cadena de valor, que determinará la fortaleza, oportunidades, debilidades, y amenazas de nuestra empresa y obtener la característica del mercado objetivo. Para crear el producto se emplearán estándares de análisis, diseño, desarrollo e implementación de sistemas. La inversión del proyecto será de $ 26.000,00 (dólares) que será financiada por los accionistas en un 67,31% y la diferencia se lo realizará con un préstamo en la CFN. El préstamo será de $ 8.500,00 financiado a 5 años con una tasa de interés 15,96%, según las proyecciones financieras se ha obtenido una TMR del 19,94%, del TIR del 31.36%, y el VAN de 8.180,72 y un período de recuperación de 3 años, 10 meses con 9 días, En síntesis este proyecto resulta viable y rentable.The idea for the project arose from the need for a company dedicated to the organization, control and management of sporting and recreational events, using a technological tool that facilitates the management of information through a website. In the process of creating this software different political, social, economic and technological aspects, which will serve as a fundamental pillar in the creation of our value chain, to determine the strength, weaknesses, opportunities were taken into account, and threats our company and get the characteristic of the target market. To create the product standards of analysis, design, development and implementation of systems were employed.
