Promoción, prevención y atención integral dirigida a niños con déficits de aprendizaje y conducta” vinculado con la Fundación NURTAC. Esta problemática se consideró con la finalidad de conocer ¿cómo se refleja la motivación en el aprendizaje de valores?, interrogante establecida como eje central de la sistematización realizada, utilizando una metodología cualitativa considerando narrativas de vida, observando sus dinámicas e interpretando las mismas. Mediante la reflexión crítica y con los datos obtenidos por medio de las fuentes de información se menciona que los valores son enseñados por los padres para que los niños aprendan principios éticos y morales, motivando a los infantes mediante el ejemplo. Es por ello, que se debe reconocer que en muchas ocasiones existe un claro defecto por parte de los progenitores, que tienden a comportarse de forma muy alejada a aquello que se pregona, donde son los menores quienes adoptan estos valores cuestionables, circunstancia que lleva a un comportamiento errático, rompiendo las normas de convivenciaThe present academic project called motivation in the learning of values in children from 6 to 11 years of the NURTAC foundation belongs to the project Childhood Positive, with the purpose of focusing their interest in reflecting the impulse in the teaching of values in infants. This synthesis process was carried out through qualitative parameters, considering life narratives, observing their dynamics and interpreting them, through the sourcesaw of information used as blogs, observation sheets, activity schedule and workshops. These tools allowed to expose a critical reflection of the process lived during the community service. In relation to the main thrust of motivation: How is motivation reflected in the learning of values in children? It is mentioned that, in most cases, parents are the ones who act and demonstrate the example to infants. This vicarious learning is the main motivator to develop values.
