Ltda., analizando los incidentes y la situación actual de la bodega. Se utilizó la matriz de riesgo IPERC para identificar los peligros y realizar evaluaciones de riesgos en áreas de almacenamiento. La empresa, no cuenta con un sistema de gestión en base a las exigencias técnico legal que demanda la prevención de riesgos laborales del estado ecuatoriano hacia los trabajadores, el presente proyecto ayuda a prevenir la accidentabilidad y enfermedades profesionales. Los aspectos técnicos de las medidas preventivas se completan con el establecimiento de principios generales de riesgos evaluados en la gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Se recomienda generar inspecciones programadas y vigilar los indicadores de cumplimiento y responsabilidades con: evaluación periódica, provisión de planes basada en los reglamentos, cumplir con una cultura de seguridad y salud preventiva, la promoción, el desarrollo de instrumentos particulares, y requisitos técnicos-legales vigente del país.This research deals with the design of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the Finpac Cía. Ltda., analyzing the incidents and the current situation of the warehouse. The IPERC risk matrix was produced to identify hazards and carry out risk assessments in storage areas. The company does not have management system based on the technical and legal requirements demanded by the prevention of occupational risks of the Ecuadorian state workers, this project will help prevent accidents and occupational diseases. The technical aspects of preventive measures are completed with the establishment of general principles of risks evaluated in the management of health and safety at work. It is recommended to scheduled inspections and monitor the compliance indicators and responsibilities with periodic evaluation, provision of plans based on regulations, compliance with a preventive health and safety culture, the promotion and development of particular instruments, and technical-legal requirements in force in the country.Universidad de Guayaquil.
