Siendo así el camal uno de los servicios básicos que brinda la ciudad a sus cuídanos por lo tanto tendría que ser de primera mano, pero se ha visto desatendida por las autoridades de turno, que han permitido el incontrolable desarrollo habitacional alrededor de un equipamiento que estaba en sus orígenes en las afueras del casco urbano. Es así como la incorrecta ubicación actual del camal es uno de los ejes principales de desarrollo de este trabajo, que intenta diagnosticar las falencias actuales del camal para así poder proponer un solución eficiente y que sea acorde con las aspiraciones del gobierno actual de convertir al país en un exportador de carne. Ya que dentro del sistema de producción de carne, el camal municipal es una de las piezas imprescindibles, y debe estar a la altura de la competencia que son los mataderos privados y no ceder ese espacio del mercado, sino incrementar su acción de servicio ofreciendo un mejor servicio por medio de instalaciones modernas y eficaces.The following study seeks to identify the current problems generated by Camal Municipal disadvantages that could result in poor service in terms of shape or slaughtering process they provide to their users, which directly involves facilities that maintain 50 years old . That being the carnal one of the basic services provided by the city to its watch over us therefore have to be firsthand, but it has been neglected by the current authorities, which have allowed the uncontrolled housing development around equipment that was originally on the outskirts of town. Thus, the wrong current location of the slaughterhouse is one of the main lines of development of this work, which attempts to diagnose the current shortcomings of the slaughterhouse in order to propose an efficient solution that is consistent with the aspirations of the current government to turn the country an exporter of meat.
