| spelling | Optimización de Costo y Tiempo en el Pilotaje de la Obra Subestación Duran utilizando el Método del Diagrama de Gantt.Rodríguez Flores, Christian AlfredoOPTIMIZACIÓNCOSTOTIEMPOPILOTAJEOBRACIVILOPTIMIZATIONCOSTTIMEPILOTINGWORKCIVILPDFLa presente investigación formuló la problemática de las demoras en la obra del pilotaje de la Subestación Durán, planteándose el objetivo de desarrollar herramientas de gestión que faciliten la consecución de la optimización de costo y tiempo en la obra civil en mención, para lo que se aplicó la metodología descriptiva, cuantitativa, bibliográfica y de campo, con uso del check list y la entrevista, cuyos principales hallazgos evidenciaron 83% de pilotes prefabricados de 22 m, 10% de 20 m y 7% de 25 m, obra que sufrió un atraso de 3 meses, cuya causa principal obedeció a la demora en la suscripción del contrato con los contratistas chinos, paralizándose la construcción al no tener la ubicación exacta entre cada punto, a la que se añadieron averías en máquinas, retrasos en el abastecimiento del stock de materias primas y ausentismo del personal. El mejoramiento del método de trabajo consistió en la aplicación de la gestión presupuestaria, ruta crítica y administración de proyectos bajo la metodología PMI, para optimizar el tiempo del proceso y los costos invertidos en el pilotaje de la obra Subestación Durán, esperando un ahorro de 33% de costos en proceso de hincado y 11% en monto total de la obra, generando la optimización de recursos en el pilotaje de la obra Subestación DuránThe present investigation formulated the problematic of the delays in the work of the piloting of the Durán Substation, considering the objective of developing management tools that facilitate the attainment of the optimization of cost and time in the civil work in mention, for what was applied the descriptive, quantitative, bibliographic and field methodology, with use of the check list and the interview, whose main findings showed 83% of prefabricated piles of 22 m, 10% of 20 m and 7% of 25 m, work that suffered a delay of 3 months, whose main cause was due to the delay in signing the contract with the Chinese contractors, the construction being paralyzed due to not having the exact location between each point, to which machine breakdowns were added, delays in supplying the stock of materials bonuses and absenteeism of the staff. The improvement of the working method consisted of the application of budgetary management, critical route and project management under the PMI methodology, to optimize the time of the process and the costs invested in the piloting of the Durán Substation, expecting savings of 33 % of costs in the process of driving and 11% in the total amount of the work, generating the optimization of resources in the piloting of the work Subestación Durán.Universidad de Guayaquil.
