Se analizarán las etapas del proyecto identificando las fases más críticas la cuales permitirán dar un mejor cronograma para la elaboración y culminación de cada obra. El desarrollo de los proyectos se los presentará de manera innovadora automatizando los procesos y actividades de la constructora, en la cual se obtendrá la interacción con el cliente vía web lo que facilitará los seguimientos y cumplimientos de las fases de cada proyecto. Con la Innovación del método de llevar el negocio de construcción automatizado vía online, tiene como resultado la coordinación e interacción adecuada con el cliente, permitiendo establecer los tiempos y cumplimientos de las fases y etapas que se fijaron en el proyecto. La constructora garantizará el compromiso y seguridad de poder mostrar los avances de cada fase permitiendo al cliente el seguimiento del proyecto sin la necesidad de estar físicamente en el área del proyecto a culminar.The process that is carried out by the construction company Zambrano whose objective is to carry out the planning and control of the different construction projects, where the monitoring and compliance of the phases and times of the projects will be carried out. The stages of the project Will be analyzed, identifying the most critical phases which will allow to give a better timetable for the elaboration and culmination of each work. The development of the projects will be presented in an innovative way, automating the processes and activities of the construction company, in which the interaction with the client through web via will be obtained, which will facilitate the tracing and fulfillment of the phases of each project. With the innovation of the method of carrying out the automated construction business via online, it results in the proper coordination and interaction with the client, allowing to establish the times and compliances of the phases and stages that were set in the project.
