A través de las visitas a la institución se pudo observar a los estudiantes de primer y quinto año de educación básica con el fin de identificar posibles necesidades educativas especiales e informar cómo manejarlas de manera adecuada. Con la colaboración de los profesores y previo el consentimiento informado a los padres de familia se evaluó a los alumnos por medio de pruebas psicométricas como la Escala de Inteligencia de Reynolds (RIAS), test de Stroop y Test de RAVEN. Gracias al método de sistematización propuesto por Jara, el cual incluye una reflexión crítica, se logró contestar la pregunta eje: ¿De qué manera se llevó a cabo La aplicación de técnicas e instrumentos para la detección y evaluación de NEE en los estudiantes del ciclo básico del Liceo Naval de Guayaquil? Del proceso se destaca que pese a la aplicación de instrumentos en condicionales ambientales no ideales, se obtuvieron datos válidos al poder mantener la tranquilidad de los evaluados. Finalmente se realizaron conclusiones y recomendaciones a fin de que la institución educativa analizada pueda detectar de manera temprana a los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales para realizar los cambios necesarios en sus métodos de aprendizajeInclusive education for students with special learning needs is an issue that is becoming more and more prevalent in the country; for this reason, Universidad de Guayaquil through an agreement with Unidad Educativa Liceo Naval allowed eighth semester students to carry out their pre-professional internships in its facilities. By visiting the institution, they were able to observe the students of first and fifth year of elementary education to identify possible learning disabilities and inform how to handle them properly. In collaboration with the teachers and with the prior informed consent of the parents, the students were evaluated by psychometric tests such as the Reynolds Intelligence Scale (RIAS), the Stroop test and the RAVEN test. Using the systematization method proposed by Jara, which includes a critical analysis, we were able to answer the main question: How were the techniques and instruments for the detection and evaluation of SEN in the students at the elementary school of the Naval High School of Guayaquil carried out? The process highlights that despite the application of instruments in non-ideal environmental conditions, valid data were obtained by being able to maintain the tranquility of those evaluated.
