Para que este deporte en la rama femenina haya sido tomado en cuenta, las mujeres Noruegas elevaron sus protestas al entonces presidente de la FIFA Joao Havelange, quien accedió a realizar un torneo experimental en China en 1990, tuvo un enorme éxito tanto así que al año 1991 el fútbol femenino queda oficializado por la FIFA en China mismo. Estados Unidos, Europa, Japón y China son países potencia en este deporte, la participación de América Latina ha sido importante en donde Brasil es reconocido por su buen desempeño. Ecuador es un país ubicado dentro de América Latina que aún no cuenta con su Liga profesional de fútbol femenino, este deporte es practicado de forma amateur pero afortunadamente cuenta con una selección de fútbol femenino en la categoría absoluta, la cual ya ha participado en torneos internacionales y por primera vez de un mundial celebrado en Canadá en el año 2015. Sus participaciones no han sido satisfactorias quedando eliminada de forma temprana en estos torneos. El presente trabajo de investigación propone realizar un estudio de la situación actual que reciben las jóvenes en la preparación de la práctica del fútbol en las diferentes escuelas que entrenan en el “Parque Samanes” de la ciudad de Guayaquil, y crear una guía comunicacional para la futbolista y que ayude a la formación adecuada en la parte física, técnica y táctica para un mejor rendimiento, desempeño y participación en torneos nacionales, internacionales y mundiales.Soccer is a sport that was initially practiced by men, however years later European women also entered this exciting sport without any formal support of the FIFA leaders. In order to support this sport, the women's branch should be also taken into account, the Norwegian women raised their protests to the president of FIFA Joao Havelange, who agreed to hold an experimental tournament in China in 1990 and it was a huge success, so in the year 1991 the women's football was officially accepted by FIFA in China itself. The United States, Europe, Japan and China are power countries in this sport, the participation of Latin America has also been important and here Brazil was recognized for its good performance. Ecuador is a country located in Latin America and until now Ecuador doesn’t have its professional women's soccer league, this sport is practiced amateur, but fortunately there is a selection of women's football player in the absolute category, who has already participated in international tournaments And the first World Cup was in Canada in the year 2015. Their participation has not been satisfactory that’s why they were eliminated early from these tournaments. The present research tries to carry out an investigation of the current situation, young women should practice soccer in the different schools like to visit trainings in the "Samanes Park" of the city of Guayaquil, and create a communication guide for a soccer player that helps to the appropriate formation in the physical, technical and tactical part for a better performance and participation in national, international and global tournaments.UNIVERSIDAD DE GUAYAQUILLic.
