Este trabajo fue producto de las prácticas realizadas en 8vo semestre, las mismas estaban centradas en la propuesta del proyecto de “Sensibilización docente hacia las Necesidades Educativas Especiales” y, es allí, en donde surgen observaciones y reflexiones dirigidas hacia las habilidades del docente en el desarrollo de su ejercicio laboral. Por otro lado, el objetivo de nuestro estudio fue completar la fase final del proceso de titulación aportando con conocimientos sobre la evaluación de las habilidades del proceso de enseñanza de las educadoras en los niños en edad escolar y cómo mejorar el mismo. Además, este ejercicio fue desarrollado a través de una metodología de sistematización de experiencias, amparado en un enfoque cualitativo, el cual nos permitió interpretar de manera crítica nuestra experiencia vivida. Dentro de este trabajo se utilizaron como fuentes de información las bitácoras y diarios de campo. Al finalizar este estudio se pudo concluir que, el evaluar la esfera emocional de las educadoras es importante, porque se conocieron aspectos íntimos de las educadoras que influían en su rendimiento en el aulaThe present study of systematization of experience was titled "Evaluation of the skills of the teaching process of the basic education educators of the Liceo Naval School"; whose axis dealt with how important is the evaluation of the skills of the teaching process in the educators of the campus. This work was the product of the practices carried out in the 8th semester, they were focused on the proposal of the project of "Teaching awareness towards Special Educational Needs" and, it is there, where observations and reflections directed towards the skills of the teacher in the development of their work exercise. On the other hand, the objective of our study was to complete the final phase of the qualification process by providing knowledge about the evaluation of the skills of the teaching process of educators in school-age children and how to improve it. In addition, this exercise was developed through a methodology of systematization of experiences, supported by a qualitative approach, which allowed us to critically interpret our lived experience. Within this work, logs and field diaries were used as sources of information.
