La sistematización constó de varias etapas, primero se diseñó la propuesta del proceso de selección, para luego realizar la implementación del proceso y posteriormente efectuar el análisis del proceso implementado; para así encontrar las ventajas que genera esta nueva herramienta en la organización. El desarrollo del trabajo tuvo aspectos positivos y negativos, pero se logró realizar completamente con éxito. Mediante el proceso de selección se incorporaron nuevos trabajadores a la organización. Los aspirantes seleccionados, en la actualidad forman parte de la organización. Lograr el éxito de este proceso dependió mucho de la objetividad de la persona que lo ejecutó. La experiencia lograda mediante la realización del trabajo, constituye un aporte importante en torno a la formación profesional, permite obtener experienciaThe purpose of this work is the systematization of the experiences present in the implementation of the personnel selection process, carried out in the period May - August of the year 2017, as part of pre-professional practices.
