Ltda., fue factible desarrollar el proyecto gracias a la apertura de la empresa para proporcionarnos información en temas de soborno, los resultados se obtuvieron mediante la aplicación de la encuesta y elaboración de la matriz de riesgo, para luego definir el costo del problema $387,099.85. El beneficio de implementar el SGA es muy positivo en relación al gasto de implementación de $2,082.42 siendo muy rentable para la organización, como resultado del costo beneficio será de $186,07 una cantidad muy significativa. Por lo tanto, se recomienda el implemento de este sistema; realizar seguimiento y control debido a que la variable es cambiante dependiendo de la situación y tiempo en el que se encuentre, sin embargo, apoya y complementa al sistema actual de gestión que tiene la empresa Rhelec Ingeniería Cía. Ltda.The main objective of this study is to propose an anti-bribery management system for the Company Rhelec Ingeniería Cía. Ltda. The project was feasible to develop thanks to the opening of the company to provide us with information on bribery issues. The results were obtained through the application of the survey and the elaboration of the risk matrix, to later define the cost of the problem of $387,099.85. The benefit of implementing the EMS is positive in relation to the implementation cost of $2,082.42, being very profitable for the organization. As a result, the cost-benefit it will be $186.07, a very significant amount. Therefore, the implementation of this system is recommended; as well as monitoring and controlling because the variable changes depending on the situation and time in which it is found.
