En la fase de desarrollo, la creación del módulo de Ingreso/Salida Vehículos donde se podrá realizar de manera rápida y eficaz estos registros ya que cuenta con autollenado y buscadores de información como placa, cédula, nombre y apellido, lo cual será beneficioso debido al corto tiempo que conlleva hacer el proceso de esta manera y no con las bitácoras manuales las cuales toman mucho tiempo al ser llenadas con papel y pluma. Por otro lado, cuando ingrese un vehículo el aplicativo envía una notificación en tiempo real al residente de la ciudadela a través de WhatsApp con la información del auto que ingresa a su domicilio. Así, ellos pueden tener un mejor control de quien ingresa y sale de su vivienda. El aplicativo cuenta también con visualización de historiales y creación de reportes filtrados con fechas lo cual será de vital importancia en la automatización de todos estos procesos. Cabe destacar que para la realización de este proyecto se utilizó el framework Laravel para el backend y Vue para el frontend. Finalmente, se evaluaron los criterios de aceptación con la directiva de la etapa Turquesa, para asegurar que el aplicativo cumple de manera óptima todos los procesos y requerimientos que se registraron al inicio, aprobando con satisfacción todos los puntos emitidos y destacando el beneficio que otorgará la aplicación web a todos los usuarios que interactúen con el mismo.This project has been developed in order to automate the processes of registration of entry and exit of vehicles of the Turquesa citadel, using the Cascade methodology characterized by stages that will be developed one after another sequentially, starting with the collection of information through data collection techniques applied as the interview and survey for the correct definition of requirements. In the development phase, the creation of the Vehicle Entry/Exit module where these records can be made quickly and efficiently since it has autofilling and information search engines such as license plate, ID, name and surname, which will be beneficial due to the short time involved in doing the process in this way and not with manual logs which take a long time to be filled with paper and pen. On the other hand, when a vehicle enters the application sends a real-time notification to the resident of the citadel via WhatsApp with the information of the car that enters their home. Thus, they can have a better control of who enters and leaves their home. The application also includes the visualization of histories and the creation of reports filtered by dates, which will be of vital importance in the automation of all these processes. It should be noted that the Laravel framework was used for the backend and Vue for the frontend. Finally, the acceptance criteria were evaluated with the directive of the Turquesa urbanization, to ensure that the application optimally meets all the processes and requirements that were recorded at the beginning, approving with satisfaction all the points issued and highlighting the benefit that the web application will provide to all users who interact with it.Universidad de Guayaquil.
