Coaching educativo en el desarrollo de actividades áulicas.

El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo principal es reconocer la relevancia del papel que cumple el coaching educativo en el desarrollo de actividades áulicas en los estudiantes del Colegio Francisco Huerta Rendón, su importancia en el sistema educativo, la cual se aseveró mediante una investigación bibliográfica indagando antecedentes, dimensiones e indicadores que satisfagan los interés del actual proyecto. Los resultados obtenidos guardan relación con el planteamiento del problema y con las variables, destacando la informidad estudiantil en cuanto a la metodología de enseñanza utilizada por los docentes y exigiendo una transformación que los involucre más en la misma mediante el diseño de actividades áulicas ligadas a la estrategia coaching educativo. La relevancia del actual proyecto radica en cambiar la perspectiva de la educación tradicional a una utilización más realista proponiendo realidades vivenciales. Esto con el objetivo de identificar las asignaturas que los campos o áreas exigen mediante la sociedad actual. The main objective of this research work is to recognize the relevance of the role of educational coaching in the development of aulic activities in the students of the Francisco Huerta Rendon School, its importance in the educational system, which was asserted through a bibliographic investigation investigating background, dimensions and indicators that meet the interests of the current project. The results obtained are related to the problem statement and the variables, highlighting student information in terms of teaching methodology used by teachers and demanding a transformation that involves them more in the same through the design of aulic activities linked to the Educational coaching strategy The relevance of the current project lies in changing the perspective of traditional education to a more realistic use by proposing experiential realities. This with the objective of identifying the subjects that the fields or areas demand through the current society.
