En los capítulos siguientes se realizan estudios necesarios para la elaboración del plan de negocios, donde se darán a conocer los alcances y condiciones del mercado al que se pretende satisfacer, presentando la implementación de un lugar más armonioso, cómodo y una atención al cliente eficiente. También se destaca la importancia de establecer las condiciones técnicas, operativas, administrativas y financiera de la cafetería, cuyo proceso nos mostrará la viabilidad del proyecto, su inversión inicial, las proyecciones de ventas, compras de materia prima, el capital de trabajo y el uso de métodos como el VAN y el TIR, esto con la finalidad de determinar si el negocio es rentable.The following project has as its main objective the creation of a coffee shop with the theme "COFFEE PURO AMOR" in the city of Balzar, it was decided to carry out this business plan due to the demand in the population of the city of Balzareña towards restaurants and coffee shops, this business aims offer a different concept from that of a traditional coffee shop, where hot and cold drinks, waffles, sandwiches, teas, bolones, pastries are served, which will have the added bonus of a natural environment and annual holiday events. In the following chapters, necessary studies are carried out for the elaboration of the business plan, where the scope and conditions of the market to be satisfied will be announced, presenting the implementation of a more harmonious, comfortable place and efficient customer service.
