| spelling | MOTIVACIÓN EN LA ELECCIÓN DE UNA CARRERA PROFESIONAL EN ESTUDIANTES DE DÉCIMO AÑO DE LA INSTITUCIÓN ESTEBAN CORDERO BORREROFRANCO HENRÍQUEZ, VERÓNICA LINDAOROZCO FIALLOS, STEFANNY MICHELLEorientación vocacional y profesionalmotivaciónevaluaciónPDFEl presente trabajo se llevó a cabo en la escuela “Esteban Cordero Borrero”, ubicada en el sector Mapasingue Este en la ciudad de Guayaquil, en los meses de julio a diciembre bajo la modalidad de sistematización de experiencias, el cual tuvo como objeto el proceso de orientación vocacional y profesional en los estudiantes de décimo año, siendo su eje de estudio el ¿cómo optimizar la evaluación de la motivación de los estudiantes de décimo año en la elección de una carrera profesional?; mientras que el objetivo se centró en valorar la motivación en la elección de una carrera profesional en los estudiantes de décimo año de dicha institución, con la finalidad de contribuir a la reflexión teórica con conocimientos surgidos directamente de las experiencias. La investigación es de tipo cualitativa con metodología de sistematización de experiencias. Las fuentes de información que se utilizaron fueron: test de estilos de aprendizaje, test de intereses, cuestionario de toma de decisiones y entrevista. En relación a las lecciones aprendidas se evidenció la inadecuada ejecución del manual de orientación, siendo este proceso meramente instrumental sin tener en cuenta las demandas y necesidades de los estudiantes, llegando a la conclusión de que la evaluación de la motivación se optimiza cuando se hace uso de instrumentos que recolecten información de los estudiantes para la elaboración de actividades informativas-participativas que les permitan obtener conocimiento de las opciones de bachillerato y carreras universitariasThe present work was carried out in the school "Esteban Cordero Borrero", located in the East Mapasingue sector in the city of Guayaquil, in the months of July to December under the modality of systematization of experiences, which was aimed at the " Vocational and professional orientation process in tenth year students ”, being its axis of study the question of How to optimize the evaluation of the motivation of tenth year students in the choice of a professional career?, while the objective is focused on assessing motivation in the election of a professional career in the tenth year students of said institution, with the purpose of contributing to theoretical reflection with knowledge arising directly from the experiences. The research is of a qualitative type with methodology of systematization of experiences. The sources of information that will be used were: learning styles test, interest test, decision-making questionnaire and interview.
