Se realiza la identificación de los factores de riesgos por áreas y por puestos de trabajos, adicional a esto aplicamos una Matriz de Semáforo donde se obtenía un resultado de (No cumplidos, Cumplidos parcialmente, Si cumplidos, No aplica), resultados que permiten ayudarnos a evaluar la parte de la Seguridad y Salud de la empresa y mejorar el Sistema de gestión de Seguridad Actual de la Empresa.The present work of research was carried out in the EMPACADORA BRESSON S.A., Which is dedicated to the Agricultural Cultivationl, in the Cantón Guayaquil, Parroquia Chongón in order to propose a safety and health management system so that the baler improve and be healthier, the interest is to provide workers good work environments implementing an occupational safety and health culture. The identification of risk factors is performed by areas and jobs, in addition to this was applied the Traffic Lights was obtained a (No compliments, compliments, if met, does not apply), results that allow to help assess the share the safety and health of the company and improve the management of the company's current safety system.Universidad de Guayaquil.
