| description | El presente trabajo de titulación se elaboró bajo la modalidad de sistematización de experiencia y abarca el proceso de intervención psicoterapéutica con pacientes que presentan síntomas depresivos que asisten al “Hospital de la Policía Nacional Guayaquil No. 2”, tiene como propósito fundamental evaluar el proceso de intervención con pacientes con síntomas depresivos que asisten a consulta psicológica en el HPNG2 para fortalecer el proceso de intervención psicoterapéutica, con dicha finalidad se tiene como pregunta eje de sistematización ¿Identificar las fortalezas y debilidades del proceso de intervención con pacientes con síntomas depresivos que asisten a consulta psicológica en el HPNG2, en el periodo octubre 2019-enero 2020?, se trabajó con el enfoque cualitativo socio – crítico, y se logró alcanzar el objetivo por medio de la aplicación de instrumentos como la entrevista semiestructurada y fichas de observación a los miembros de la Policía Nacional que asisten a consultas presentando síntomas depresivos, y a los psicólogos clínicos del HPNG N°2, ya que permitieron conocer la conformidad de los pacientes en relación con el servicio que reciben, también, identificar las falencias que tiene el proceso terapéutico, y a su vez a partir de la identificación de las fortalezas y debilidades se llegó a la conclusión de que se debe reforzar el proceso de intervención psicoterapéutica en aspectos como atención, intervención y espacio físico desde las perspectivas de los pacientes |
